The boat has almost all of the standard Manta features, including:

· the Spinnaker Pac,

· the Offshore Anchor Pac,

· the Electronics Pac,

· the Comfort Pac including Cushions and Grill,

· plus a number of custom additions.

Extras and Modifications: Among these, are several changes to the standard boat, making her "green" and totally self-sufficient while cruising or at anchor. Your only limitation is the amount of provisions on board and your own imagination. · In lieu of the factory-installed diesel generator, there are (6) 75W Solar Panels, · Duo-Gen D400 High Output Wind Generator with an Ampair Regulator, and an extra battery bank. The panels and wind generator are more than capable of maintaining a full charge in the battery bank under nearly any weather conditions. · The boat has a Spectra Ventura 150 water maker, providing up to 6 gallons per hour of fresh water while using only 9 Amps of 12 volt power, easily handled by the solar panels and generator. · As the current owners prefer cruising and anchoring to staying tied to a dock, there is no installed 110V washer/dryer. · At the time of construction, the fuel and water tanks were reversed, providing a fuel capacity of 100 gallons and a water capacity of 125 gallons.	· The factory installed 6" x 12" Bomar port light in the main salon has been replaced by a 12" x 12" Bomar opening hatch. This provides a much better air circulation in the salon while maintaining water-tight integrity when closed & dogged down. · A Samsung 16" color television is installed and secured in the main salon. This, along with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and other 110V appliances are easily handled by a 2,000W Mastervolt Inverter. · In the two main cabins, the standard queen-sized folding mattresses have had an extra 2 inches of "30-pound Crush" foam added to the normal 4 inches of "50-pound Crush" foam, making the two mattresses much softer and more comfortable for sleeping.


Electrical Panel is well thought out and organized

Additional Specifications:

· The shower enclosure in the Port Head has a Plexiglas folding door, opening, brightening and enlarging the space. The standard electric, fresh-water toilets have been carefully maintained to ensure proper operation at all times.

· The galley features a Stainless Steel double sink in place of the standard, large, molded single sink.

· There is a custom Swanstone cover for the Force 10 Stove which adds counter space. A 110V GE Turntable Microwave oven is installed with a fiddle to keep it in place.

· All cabinetry is white and the Swanstone countertops are also white. This color scheme brightens the area considerably, making it seem larger and more inviting.

· In the engine compartments, the standard gray paint was replaced with white paint, brightening the compartment and making engine maintenance a bit easier.

· As on all Mantas, there is a Puratec fuel purification system. Additionally, Racor fuel filters have been installed in the fuel lines to each engine to ensure clean fuel at all times.

· In front of the electrical panel switches there is a Plexiglas safety door. This protects the panel switches from inadvertently being switched off or on by a stray knee or a grand-child's wandering, curious hands.

· The sail track on the mast was replaced in June, 2007 by Tides Marine, the manufacturer of the track. At the same time, a boom crutch was fabricated, making it easier and safer to cover the sails and stopping side to side movement of the boom while underway with the sails furled.

· The boat was hauled at Spice Island Marine in Grenada, West Indies, in July, 2006 for bottom painting with Micron 66 and other maintenance projects. The boat was hauled again in November, 2008, at Old Island Boatyard in Key West, FL, to replace seals in the sail drives and sacrificial zincs. While out of the water, the boat was given another 2 fresh coats of Micron 66 bottom paint.

· Full maintenance records are available, listing everything that has been done to the boat since its launching.

· In July, 2008, the boat was surveyed for insurance purposes. A copy of that survey is available.

· Also included, a 2003 A/B dinghy, a 2006 Tohatsu 9.8 HP outboard, C-Map Charts for the US East Coast, The Bahamas and the Eastern Caribbean, along with paper charts and cruise guides.
